About this project
Coopers were appointed to deliver an architecturally designed luxury new home, working closely with the client and architect from the early stages of the project through to its recent completion.
This bespoke four-bedroom residence was carefully developed throughout, with Aaron providing hands-on oversight – coordinating professional services, design development, planning and construction.
Arranged across two levels, the home has been designed around contemporary family living. The ground floor features a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, alongside a cinema room, utility, pantry, playroom, WC and guest bedroom with en-suite facilities.
The first floor is centred around a striking open-plan hallway, leading to a luxurious principal suite with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Two further generously proportioned double bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom complete this level.
A thoughtfully designed basement provides additional space within the home, creating a property that balances generous proportions, refined detailing and practical family living.
From the architectural structure through to the final interior finishes, the project showcases Coopers’ ability to manage and deliver complex, high-specification residential builds with precision and attention to detail at every stage.

This project has been a true passion for Aaron over the past 12 months, and throughout the build it has affectionately been referred to by both the client and trades as “Aaron’s baby.”
The level of care, attention to detail and personal involvement required to bring a project of this calibre to its full potential has made this build a genuine labour of love. From the early stages through to the final details, every element has been approached with the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
It has been a privilege to be part of the project, and one that Aaron is incredibly proud of. Delivering high end, luxury family homes has always been a passion, particularly knowing that once complete, they become a place where families can thrive, grow and create memories for years to come.
