Completing the Vision

One of the advantages of choosing Coopers is the ability to carry the same level of consideration from the architecture of your home through to its interior.

Through our dedicated interior design division, FORMA Interiors, we can work alongside your build to develop finishes, materials, lighting, bespoke joinery, furniture and styling — creating a home that feels considered as a whole.

Clients can choose to incorporate interior design into their Coopers project or appoint FORMA independently.

What types of projects do Coopers undertake?

We specialise in high-end residential construction, including bespoke new-build homes, extensions, renovations and complete property transformations. We also deliver specialist carpentry, joinery and interior finishes as part of our wider construction service.

At what stage should I involve Coopers in my project?

Ideally, as early as possible. We can become involved during the initial feasibility, design and planning stages, working alongside your architect and wider design team to provide practical construction input before work begins.

Which areas do you cover?

Coopers is based in Kent and undertakes projects across Kent and the South East. For the right project, we are happy to discuss opportunities further afield.

We want to build our own home but don't have a plot yet. Where do we start?

Start with a conversation with us. We can connect you with our trusted land sourcing partners to help find suitable opportunities, while our team can offer early guidance around the type of home you’re looking to create, your budget and the practical considerations of a potential site.

Do you have access to off-market land opportunities?

Through our network of trusted land and property professionals, we may be able to introduce opportunities that aren’t being widely marketed. Availability will naturally vary, but we’re happy to make introductions and help you explore what’s available.

Do you manage the entire construction process?

Yes. We provide full project delivery, coordinating trades, suppliers, programme and day-to-day site management. You’ll have a dedicated team overseeing your build and a clear point of contact throughout.
